In my opinion, is even more important, the distinction between conscious food expiration and unconscious beliefs. My experience there, thinking that I was still so positive about my health (ie directly) can take a lot of effort or that I stay healthy (ie, indirectly) when I unconsciously am convinced that I will die early is (yes, there are ) then my consciousness and will is overridden. As a parable: If I know that I can not swim, I can avoid the water if I do not do not know.
