When did you last ate or used refined food? The taste was delicious and interesting? You felt tired / D and especially satisfied / D after drinking or using it? Of Course !. And I think you can not live without his presence. Because refined foods are developed to ensure satisfaction, pleasure and economic advantage. The simple solution at hand and everyday. And that's about it.
In general, a diet that is "close source" healthier. The road traveled between the raw material and food is longer, so it is more refined, in the process and provide more satisfaction, pleasure, economic advantage, shelf life, food safety solutions. The compromise nutritional elements.
