This study is conducted not only to achieve the utilization of residual sugar industry but also those produced by the diversification that has had this entity from 2004 until 2008, and thus respond to the agreements Summit Earth Summit Rivers and the agreements made in Agenda 21 on existing environmental problems and the actions to be taken based on minimizing, stop or eliminate negative impacts on the environment, so in correspondence of the results to intervene, invest and make decisions on these issues in the institution.
The Basic State Organization "Hector Rodriguez" is located in the town of Sitiecito in the town of Sagua La Grande province of Villa Clara, bounded on the north by the coastline and forest areas, south to Agropecuaria "Osvaldo Herrera" to the east with the Company honeypot "Perucho Figueredo" and Agropecuaria "Proletarian Unity" and west by the Presa "Scorpions" and the town of Quemado de Guines.
